This is the email I wrote to Goodnite, with 2 follow up phone calls to customer service hotline, and no corresponding response from Goodnite at all. Guess what? I already got to know what the bug is from a government officer, which I really would like to thank her. And also, the mattress together with the bed frame already out of my house. Glad that it happened before CNY. (Will write all about it in the next blog entry to wrap up my “report” on this matter.) This email dated January 25, 2010. Email sent to marketing@goodnite.com.my,
